Defense Description and Job Responsibilities

So you say you're a defense lawyer, eh?

Well, I don't think that I believe you.

Perhaps you could explain to me what exactly you do as a defense lawyer and what job responsibilities you have.

In doing this, be as specific as possible. To really make me understand, provide case examples and outside research to display how you work inside and outside of the courtroom.
